This End-User License Agreement and Terms of Service ("EULA") is a binding contract between you, an individual user or entity ("Customer", "you"), and Bobo Business Software FZ-LLC ("Bobo", "we", "us", or "our"). It governs your access to and use of the Bobo website (https://bobo.ae) and all web-based services, tools, interfaces, and features provided under the Bobo brand (collectively, the "Services"). By registering, subscribing, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity and accept this EULA on its behalf. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts. You are advised to print or save a copy of this Agreement for your records.
"Customer" – the person or entity that registers for and uses the Services.
"Customer Personnel" – Customer's employees, accountants, contractors, or agents authorized to use the Services.
"Representative" – an accountant or professional to whom Customer grants access to its account.
"Services" – the Bobo web platform, including AI-powered document recognition, e-invoicing, reporting, and related financial tools.
"Customer Data" – all information, files, and records uploaded or generated by Customer through the Services.
"Term" – the subscription period during which Customer has an active paid account under this EULA.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By creating an account, you warrant that: (a) you are legally capable of entering into this Agreement; (b) all information provided during sign-up is accurate; and (c) your use of the Services complies with applicable laws of the UAE. Each Customer may register only one account unless otherwise approved in writing by Bobo. Bobo reserves the right to suspend or terminate duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
License. Subject to compliance with this EULA and payment of applicable fees, Bobo grants Customer a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for internal business purposes only.
User Access. Customer may permit authorized personnel and approved Bobo accountants to access its account using designated credentials. Customer remains responsible for all actions taken under its account.
Restrictions. Customer shall not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services; sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer the Services to any third party; use the Services to perform or promote illegal activity; scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Services without written consent; upload malicious code or interfere with Service operation; or publicly display or frame any content from the Services.
Bobo may suspend or terminate access if these obligations are violated or to comply with law, protect network integrity, or prevent reputational harm.
All intellectual-property rights in and to the Services, underlying software, visual design, interfaces, and related materials ("Bobo Materials") remain exclusively owned by Bobo Business Software FZ-LLC and its licensors. Customer acquires no ownership rights except the limited license expressly granted herein. Customer retains ownership of its Customer Data, but grants Bobo a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display such data solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Services. Customer may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices from Bobo Materials.
Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data uploaded. Bobo does not verify, audit, or guarantee correctness. Bobo treats Customer Data as confidential and does not share it except with (i) authorized Representatives, (ii) under legal obligation, or (iii) subcontractors bound by confidentiality terms. Upon account termination or suspension, all Customer Data is permanently deleted without backup. Customer must export any data before closing the account.
The Services operate solely via web browsers; mobile apps are not currently provided. Bobo integrates with external systems (banks, Stripe, UAE Pass, FTA APIs) for automation. AI is used for document digitization and recognition only. No model training occurs on Customer Data. The Services are tools for data processing and bookkeeping support; Bobo is not a licensed auditor, accountant, or tax consultant and provides no legal or tax advice. Customer bears full responsibility for compliance and filings.
Plans: Monthly 499 AED; Annual 4,990 AED. All plans include a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused Services. VAT and taxes are Customer's responsibility. Bobo may suspend Services for unpaid invoices.
Bobo provides technical support via email (support@bobo.ae) and web form during UAE business hours. No SLA or guaranteed response time. Support excludes accounting or legal advice. Bobo may update or suspend the Services for maintenance without liability.
Each Party may receive confidential information from the other. Both agree to use it only for fulfilling this Agreement and to apply reasonable protection. Disclosure is allowed only by law or order of court. Obligation survives termination.
Personal information is collected, used, and stored according to Bobo's Privacy Notice. Bobo applies reasonable security but cannot guarantee absolute protection. By using the Services, Customer consents to data processing within and outside the UAE.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BOBO DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CUSTOMER USES THE SERVICES AT ITS OWN RISK.
BOBO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL BOBO BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.
Customer agrees to receive electronic communications from Bobo via email and WhatsApp. Such communications satisfy legal notice requirements. Official correspondence: terms@bobo.ae.
Either Party may terminate this EULA anytime before the next billing period. Bobo may terminate immediately for breach or non-payment. Upon termination, all rights cease and Customer Data is deleted permanently. No refunds for the current period.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Both Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts. Each waives the right to jury trial or class action.
Assignment. Customer may not assign this Agreement without Bobo's written consent; Bobo may assign freely.
Force Majeure. Bobo is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
Entire Agreement. This EULA supersedes all prior understandings.
Severability. Invalid terms do not affect the remainder.
Waiver. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
Independent Contractors. The Parties are independent; this EULA creates no partnership.
Amendments. Bobo may update this EULA by posting revised terms online; continued use constitutes acceptance.
