(d) Uploaded & Generated Documents – Invoices, receipts, contracts, financial records, and AI-digitized data extracted from documents uploaded by you. We use personal and company information solely for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Creating and maintaining your account
  • Verifying identity or company registration
  • Processing payments and managing subscriptions

We retain information as long as your account is active. Once closed or suspended, all Customer Data is permanently deleted without backup. You are responsible for exporting data before closure.
